These Terms set out the rules for using https://www.elfuegomate.com (the "Website") and are issued in line with applicable Polish law on electronic services. By using the Website you accept these Terms.

2. Type and scope of services
The Website is an information site for the El Fuego yerba mate brand. The Provider makes available free of charge content about the brand and its products. The Website is not a shop: it does not allow you to place orders, create an account, subscribe to a newsletter or add content, and it does not contain links to online shops.
3. Technical requirements
To use the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser supporting HTML5 and CSS3. JavaScript enhances the appearance of the site, but the content is also available without it.
4. Rules of use
The Website must be used lawfully and in accordance with good practice. It is prohibited to supply unlawful content through the Website, including in e-mails to the Provider, and to take any action that could disrupt its operation.

Product information and photographs on the Website are for information and illustration only and do not constitute a binding offer. The applicable composition, allergen information and storage recommendations are given on the product packaging.
